Race Report:
I didn't even feel good and I still ran 7:30 miles. I improved by a minute and a half over last year somehow. Must be because of all that long marathon training.
Talked to Mark Warner after the race. My dad ran the race too and told Mark he bases his time on how Mark does (my did 3.5 mins faster). Mark says that's not a good indicator since he only runs once a year in this race (but plays basketball and bikes a lot the rest of the year). He said to me "hey you look like you run a lot" :)
Also saw Paul Mica, who I haven't seen in a while. And also saw Brian Goldsmith, this guy I know from high school and only see at these races every now and then.
Next year will I be here??
