Hilly Fund Raising Race is both a Triathlon and Duathlon.
Funds Raised benefit Autism Research and the Bethesda-Chevy Chase Youth Services.
Swim: The swim will take place in the YMCA's 3 pools. All Are are heated. Two are inside and one is outside. Timers and lifeguards will monitor race. 2-3 swimmers per lane. Starts are staggered, with athletes entering pool, when space becomes available
Run: The run is outside, in the neighboring streets adjacent to the YMCA
Bike: The bike course consists of THREE loops on a 3.3 mile course. The course starts at the YMCA, to Cedar, Wisconsin Avenue, Battery Lane, and Old Georgetown Rd., back to the YMCA
