Race Report:
Spent 2 weeks prior to this sick (no workouts), so wasn't sure it was the best idea to do this. Temps in low 50s with winds gusting.
250m Swim: 04:10. Seeded 13th, but finished 21st overall. Standing on the deck wet for 15min while the wind blows *will* negate any warmup you do. :)
T1: 2:05. Shoeless mount worked OK, but would be better with non-frozen feet.
12mi Bike: 42:26. Biked with sweatshirt trying to warm up. 2nd lap definitely faster than first.
T2: 2:06. Still a bit cold
Run: 29:37. Serious negative split.
