longest swim I have ever done |
Race Report:
This was the longest swim of my life. It felt like I was being passed by everyone. Anyway neddless to say another great day for racing and not too bad result. I was a bit concerned about my neck as I have been suffering from serious muscle spasms for the past 2 weeks and have been taking some muscle relaxants and gettin physical therapy, but it held out good and no complaints at all. I could not have swam any faster than I did so that makes it a good result.
