Race Report:
I was scheduled for a 100min training run and really decided last minute after my Friend Todd told me about this event, and running with hundreds of other people surely beats running on your own. I had a tough week in terms of training and did a hard/long brick session yesterday so I did not even go into the event with any thought of racing it.
This was definately the most enjoyable 20K run I have ever done, well then again it is my 1st official 20K run event. It is a really good course and can definately make for a fast run times. I actually had 10 minute to spare, which made for a good cool-down run.
