Race Report:
I paced my fiance Marsha for this event, her first 10 mile run ever. I am so proud of her for finsihing strong (10:45 split for her last mile) without walking at all.
Finally, she understands why I walk so funny and need a long nap after my long rides and runs :)
I did a hard ride/run of the Columbia Triathlon course the day before, so my legs were as sore afterwards as hers. Nothing to bring a couple togther like 10 miles of running and the soreness that follows.
For all of Marsha's support during my events, I really enjoyed being an active spectator for her this time.
