Race Report:
This was my second running of the MCM. I completed my first the year prior suffering an IT band syndrome in the final 2 months of training after training on the streets of Rome.
Goal was sub-4 and I made it. The weather was nice, but extremely sunny and hot by the 14th bridge. I did well with nutrition and fought off hamstring cramps at Mile 22. I ran an even pace throughout the race and the last mile and finish are always give me a buzz that makes me want to suffer through all the training and race again.
