Race Report:
SWIM COURSE: Staggered start w/swimmers seeded from fastest to slowest according to their 100 yard pace time which is submitted at registration. Swimmers, grouped by odd and even race #s, start in the water in lane 1 and lane 8 of the 50 meter pool and are sent off one at a time in 10-sec. intervals b/t swimmers in their group.
BIKE COURSE: Rolling 3-loop course w/3 right turns. Two of these right turns are fairly sharp and should be approached carefully.
RUN COURSE: Rolling 1-loop lollipop shaped course that is set almost entirely on a bike path. Some street crossings manned w/race volunteers and/or police.
SWIM: 400 meters (outdoor-pool swim and wetsuit legal)
