Race Report:
SWIM COURSE: Staggered start w/swimmers seeded from fastest to slowest according to their 100 yard pace time (based on a swim of the complete 300 distance) which is submitted at registration. Swimmers start in the water in lane 1 of the 25 meter pool and are sent off one at a time in 15 sec. intervals.
BIKE COURSE: Starts w/some urban riding to take athletes to the open rolling bike course along the James river. This out and back course is fast with some technical sections and short steep climbs.
