Course comments:
As I recall, there were three waves: men <40, men 40 and over, and then all women, separated by 3:00.
Very flat and fast out and back runs along the river on roads.
The bike was on some honest rollers that,unfortunately, resulted in some pack riding. The relatively short 5K run also put many onto the bike course at the same time.
Weather was overcast, no wind, and very humid.
