Race Report:
Shaking out the cobwebs after Kona, ran a steady pace between 9 and 9:30 min./miles with my bike training partner Anne. Kept the heart rate low, checking all systems before heading to IM-FL in 2 weeks.
Cool, rained until the start, rained after the finish, perfect running conditions. Tons of people, nice to enjoy the crowds while on a training run.
