Race Report:
Weather was ideal, water perfectly chilled, roads dry, misty atmosphere kept the body cool.
The swim was one of my better efforts(12:58), bike was consistent(50:17) and the run was paced(24:21) as not to aggravate a sore hamstring. Need serious work on transitions, (T1-1:55, T-2-1:40)Continuing the build up to Placid, with a stop at Mooseman.
