I liked the course... |
Race Report:
...not a bad training run. I ran the first two miles well (actually, the markers seemed short to me because I didn't feel like I was running them well), but then I deflinitely slid into too leisurely of a pace after that. Overall is from women's results, they didn't do combined results and I was too lazy to do them myself. My PR for a 5K isn't exactly great, though, it was 26:10. It's a distance I run a lot and think is a great social distance for me, but I just never did well at it.
