Race Report:
The St. Leo 5K is back, management having been taken over by the K of C. It is still a small, hilly race and the last mile is definitely "like work." This was a great training run and appears to be the same (or similar) course that was used for prior races that Saint Leo's put on. With such a teeny tiny field, I ended up 2nd in 40-44 F. I hope they will advertise this race and do it next year and that it will grow larger, because it was well done and well managed. Also, they had rugelach at the finish line... mmmm... You don't run this for a great finish time, but more for the rolling hills (and the rugelach).
