Race Report:
Beer and pizza after the race - not my real cup of tea at 9 a.m., but there for those who want it. Lots of other stuff, too. Wasn't feeling like running hard, so I just didn't. But it was a good run nonetheless. About 900 runners showed up. If you go, pre-register; some folks who showed up on race day were turned away, as the race did hit capacity. Also, this was Boardwalk Weekend - the last weekend of the Neptune Festival - and although I'm not into arts and crafts fairs or small parades, there was also a very nifty sandcastle sculpting contest (and the professional castles were really amazing) and a nice little fireworks show at night. Good way to chill out at the real end of summer! :-)
