Race Report:
Well, all I wanted to finish under 50 minutes (my PR in 8K was 44:46), but I seemed to have missed by a second.
I enjoyed the course; it was a couple big loops (versus a double loop - two loops of the exact same; it was not one of those). It had gentle up hill and down hill segments.
This was not as easy as the Neptune Festival 8K course a couple weeks ago, but I did better here, so I'm not complaining.
Overall place/number is women - results were listed separately for men and women (not combined results).
