Chip time: 2:25:57. I ran the half. Full race report at http://runfairfax.blogspot.com/2008/05/race-reports-potomac-river-run-half.html. This is not a race to set a PR for most of us who are not mountain goats(my best time on this course was 2:12:28), but it's beautiful, esp. when the weather cooperates, and it'll remind you of why running really is so much FUN! I managed to out PW my last year's PW, but hey, I don't care because I was laughing and smiling the whole way! I wasn't feeling quite the love for the Fort Hunt hill I was feeling last year, but it still wouldn't be a good run along the river toward Mt Vernon without it!
