Race Report:
... a little confused as to where they are. Nevertheless, this is a long standing race for a good cause that has grown large. The 5K is around the Government Center in Fairfax. The course is not particularly challenging, but the race always seems to be on a sufficiently humid day. There is a sports memorabilia auction that benefits an organization that helps people help themselves and overcome their addictions. If you haven't run it, you should. The race grows every year. I'd guess there were nearly 1,000 runners this time.
