Race Report:
We started, we went back, and then we started again. I've done this in the 100 meters and the 200 meters, but this is the first "false start due to confusion" I've seen in a road race. And I've run a couple hundred road races. My race report/the story is on my blog at http://runfairfax.blogspot.com/2008/11/race-report-star-kids-8k.html. Honestly, this is a fun race for a great cause. Most people were laughing over the re-do. It didn't seem to slow down the Ethiopian runners to have to go back, they still ran like lightning!
