Race Report:
maybe someday I will fill in the details for the races this year but overall it has been a bad season....Probably a combination of things....moving from west coast to east coast, I changed my climates, everything seems flatter out here, and I lost my training partners.....Next year will be another chance...If you are really interets in knowing how my races went i would be happy to talk about it over the phone or on a long training ride or run.
