Race Report:
Hmmm, bike fitness wasn't quite there, but I was okay with that; I knew I had strong legs for the run. And I did, but I had nutrition issues that forced me to walk several miles ... too bad, 'cause my legs were feeling good, at least much better than Lake Placid. More to come.
