For breakfast, I usually have: Grape Nuts, vanilla soy milk, walnuts, raisins, dried cranberries
After a long day of training, my favorite meal is: Just long: Endurox; more than 7 hours: an entire large pizza, plus the last piece or two from my training buddy's plate.
