Billed as North America's toughest iron-distance event, Silverman lives up to its billing. At almost 10,000ft of bike climbing and 1,500ft of run climbing tough is an understatement. But the ride is gorgeous (on mostly great pavement) and everything is well supported. Plus, it's a Saturday race, which is always great. |
