Race Report:
became a 5kR/16mB/5kR Du the morning of the race because of Hurricane Charley. The Potomac was iky and had a very strong current. The far end of the bike course had been washed out in places so the race director made the format change.
This was my first du. what a difference. Since I'm not a super strong swimmer this kept me much closer to the leader the whole race.
