Race Report:
It's been a couple of years since my last Reston 10 Miler, and it was once again a brutally honest reminder of how inconsistent winter training and lack of long runs impacts early season performance. The good news is it's still a couple of weeks until Cherry Blossom, a couple of months to Eagleman and 6 months until Wisconsin.
It is a well run race, although they had no cups for water and only bagels at the post race event. I remember a better spread in years past.
