For breakfast, I usually have: Two Eggs over hard, two pieces of ham & cheddar cheese, all wrapped in a tortilla.
After a long day of training, my favorite meal is: A whole pizza and if theres room a Peanut butter, Banana, Chocolate Smoothie.
What was I thinking when I signed up for my first race: It's only 15 miles on the bike, I can just borrow one, no need to train for the bike.
My deepest, darkest secret is: I once weighed 315 pounds.
