Race Report:
1 IV Bag Post Race, Run split about as long as my bike split, tough day in an otherwise great year. I'll have to get over the disaster that Eagleman turned out to be. I had high hopes of a PR and came into the race in the best shape I have ever been pre Eagleman. I'll have to seek revenge in Wisconsin.
Lessons learned, start with more fluids, improve core strength to spend more time aero, develop a strategy for the heat.
