Balance. Just as triathlon requires balance between the three disciplines, life requires balance between many priorities. Focus to stay balanced. |

Swim a mile in a lake? No problem. Bike 40km? No problem. How the $^!! am I going to run a 10k? (At the time I had never run more than a mile and thought running was only torture.) |
