Lea Ann and I try to ride and run together but we have 4 girls at home and couple are built in baby sitters....it only works when we can bribe them enough |

to break 2:30 at Reston, break 2:45 at Columbia and to beat Lea Ann every time |

To keep doing tri's long enough so that I can actually get podium in an advanced age group |
