I first did triathlons in 1985 and 1986... then work, marriage, kids came along. next thing I knew, I was 42, it was 2004, and I was horribly out of shape.

in 2005, I did 12 tri's
in 2006, I will have plans to do 3 ironmans; IMAZ, IMUSA, and IMFLA; plus whatever else I can fit in. My goal this year is 15 total. |

| What was I thinking when I signed up for my first race: |
It was 1985, I was 23, and I wasn't thinking about anything. I ran the USTS Baltimore Olympic Length Triathlon. Scott Molina won. I busted my ass and had a great time. I absolutely loved the swim part. The best part was the beer truck at the finish line. Back then, Bud Light was the sponser. |
