Fantasy triathlon goals: 1-hour IM swim; 5-hour IM bike; 3-hour IM run

Garlic: No thanks.
Blue Cheese: I prefer Feta, but Blue works too.
For breakfast, I usually have: Granola w/ fruit, Grape Nuts, sliced almonds, with milk or yogurt, coffee.
After a long day of training, my favorite meal is: Pizza and a couple cold ones.
My best triathlon advice is: Use your own perceived level of effort on race day .. not someone else, not a monitor, not your bike computer .. just race your race and give *your* best effort.
My best non-triathlon advice is: Go to the movies often before you have kids.
What was I thinking when I signed up for my first race: I'll do this once.
Everything I need to know I learned from: Doing it wrong the first time.
My deepest, darkest secret is: Deep and dark.
