About Me: I got into the sport after watching the 1991 Reston Triathlon speeding past my parents house. That year I entered the Reston Youth Triathlon and have been hooked since. Looking forward to racing this season along side my beautiful wife.
What I do to pay the bills: Consultant
Who defends the ranch when I'm out training: Karolina, but only when she's not out training with me.
Short term triathlon goals: Get Wicked Fast
Long term triathlon goals: Sub 10 Hour Ironman, Sub 3 Hour Marathon, Sub 2 Hour Olympic
Fantasy triathlon goals: Kona

Favorite movie: There are far too many to list, but here are a few: The Right Stuff, Indiana Jones (all of em), Star Wars, Heat, Boogie Nights, Chariots of Fire, Goodfellas, Good Will Hunting, Shawshank Redemption...
Chocolate: Constantly
Garlic: Occasionally
Blue Cheese: Rarely
For breakfast, I usually have: Cereal w/ Skim Milk, OJ, Coffee, Fruit or Yogurt.
After a long day of training, my favorite meal is: Immediately after: First Endurance Ultragen.
A little while later: Five Guys Cheeseburger with Fries.
And after that: Old Dominion Lager or Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc.
My best triathlon advice is: Relax and think of everything you are going to do before you do it.

Make sure every workout serves a purpose.

Most of all, have fun.
My best non-triathlon advice is: Listen and Think before you Speak or Act.
